With this question we aimed to find out how students scaled themselves doing in mathematics, from their own perspective, from what they thought their teacher thought, from what others thought. The results show that contrary to what is normally expected these students do not have a very low opinion of their mathematics, nor do they experience (by and large) negativity from teachers and others.
